Description
Job Summary:
A Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Indio, California. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the labor and delivery department, assessing, planning, and implementing care on a shift basis. The nurse will be responsible for supervising staff to whom care is delegated and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on their first day.

The role includes supervision of staff to which care is delegated, and accountability to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
