Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is currently located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care within the ICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of work. The role entails supervising nursing staff, performing comprehensive patient assessments, and contributing to patient safety and recovery initiatives.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to first shift, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience in an ICU setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU critical care, prior experience supervising or mentoring nursing staff
• Additional Information: The role involves performing comprehensive assessments within the first 8 hours of admission, developing individualized care plans, coordinating discharge planning, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership abilities, and commitment to patient safety.
