Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intermediate Care at a medical center located in Springfield, MA. Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MA
• Position: RN - Intermediate Care Float in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Nursing license, at least 2 years of clinical experience, Cerner electronic medical record system experience preferred, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, ACLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience, advanced certifications
• Work Environment: Float rotation may be required, though not specified in this assignment, candidates should be adaptable to different units within the organization.
• Additional Information: The RN will float across the IMCU and other units as needed, covering weekends and holidays on an alternating schedule. Expect typical patient ratios of 1:5, 1:6, occasionally 1:7, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a busy setting.
