Job Summary:
This Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nursing position is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in various inpatient units, including Emergency Department (ED) holds, inpatient holds, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and other boarding units. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, MA
• Schedule: 12-hour days, with floating every 4 hours as needed. Every other weekend is required (Saturday and Sunday for day shifts; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for night shifts). Start dates are weekly, on Mondays.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license; Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA preferred; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) preferred; Level 1 trauma experience preferred; minimum of 6 months separation from the organization (permanent, per diem, or contract).

• Additional Information: Patient ratios will range between 1:3 and 1:5. The RN may float to various units, including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units. Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks, which is a rare occurrence but could happen. Candidates must be separated from the organization for a minimum of 6 months. The organizations interview services team will call for IVS review prior to submitting to the manager.
