Job Summary:
Nacogdoches, Texas The organization is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse to join the team on the medical-surgical floor. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients during day shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Nacogdoches, Texas

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and zero years of prior experience

• Additional Information: The Med Surg Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
