Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves providing perioperative patient care in a hospital setting, supporting general surgery, robotic surgery, cesarean sections, orthopedics, urology, ENT, OB/GYN, and other surgical specialties. The position requires adaptability to a rotating shift schedule and the ability to manage change effectively in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Duluth, Minnesota
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, Minnesota RN licensure, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, NIHSS certification, at least 2 years of experience, experience with general surgery, robotic surgery, cesarean sections, orthopedics (including Total Joints), urology, ENT, OB/GYN, and circulating nurse responsibilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Epic charting system, strong resilience, adaptability, and social aptitude.
• Additional Information:
  • Contract duration: 13 weeks with possibility of low census hours and unbillable time.
  • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
  • This position involves on-call duties with a minimum of 2 hours for callbacks, and weekend rotations (2 out of 4 weekends), including holiday coverage as needed.
  • Orientation week included.
  • During flu season, travelers declining vaccination must wear a mask at all times, in accordance with facility policy.
