Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Seattle, Washington. This travel position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day and involves providing acute care to adult and pediatric emergency patients. The role entails managing complex clinical cases in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work across multiple campuses. Candidates must be open to floating within the facility.

Job Details:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Education Requirements: Relevant nursing license; no additional degree specified.
• Location: Seattle, Washington.
• Experience Requirements: 1 year of emergency department experience required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Schedule: Shift start times at 0700, 0900, 1200, 1500, and 1900; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1 year of emergency nursing experience; certification in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS; experience with adult and pediatric emergency care; experience with charting system Epic.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with a variety of emergency procedures such as breathing treatments, chest tube care, procedural sedation, trauma care, and management of ventilated patients. Candidates must submit two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years prior to start. The typical schedule is posted every 6 weeks, with non-holiday days off. Schedule includes five days of days off following a five-day shift.
