Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse - Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves providing direct nursing care on a 28-bed cardiac telemetry unit within a Level I trauma center. The position includes responsibilities such as implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, coordinating discharge planning, and working as part of a team supported by patient care technicians and a unit secretary. Flexibility to float between cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical departments is required.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in telemetry or related units.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit utilizes virtual sitter monitoring as well as monitor technicians for telemetry patients. Nurses may work up to 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period and holidays, depending on department needs.
