Job Summary:
This healthcare organization is seeking a qualified registered nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The position involves working in a specialized unit that performs advanced cardiac procedures. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Walton Beach, Florida
• Shift Hours: 7:00AM 5:30PM, 10 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are required
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Cath Lab experience; Certifications in ACLS and BLS
• Skills and Experience: PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), PFO (Patent Foramen Ovale) closures, structural heart procedures, Impella, IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), IFR (Electrophysiology), FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve), and experience with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems.
• Procedures performed on unit include TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement), PFO closures, Atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC (Right/Left Heart Catheterization), Impella/IABP implants, DCCV (Direct Current Cardioversion), and TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography).
• Unit-specific policies and guidelines must be followed and attached.
• Self Scheduling policy applies; experienced staff preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the department.
