Job Summary:
A Pediatric Hematology Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare organization in Aurora, Colorado. This 13-week assignment requires candidates to provide specialized nursing care in a pediatric oncology unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Aurora, Colorado

• Schedule: 12-Hour Night shifts | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM | Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum 2 years of Pediatric RN experience; minimum 2 years of Hematology / Oncology / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience; experience with ports and central line access/care; Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC); APHON Chemo/Bio Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON); BMT Certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across levels 6, 8, 9, 10, CPCU, NICU, North Campus, South Campus.
• Travel Required?: No
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required beyond the outlined qualifications.
• Additional Information: Must work at least one of the three winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years). No holiday RTO or RTO approval within the first two weeks of the assignment. Medical or religious flu exemption requests are permitted if submitted with the application.
