LTC (Long Term Care) nurse is needed in West Union, Iowa, for a post-acute care setting. • Additional Information: No charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities; no on-call or callback available. A $500 fee may be billed if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice. If GSS housing is used, local rates apply. Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten-hour shifts. Work week: Sunday through Saturday. A two-week notice is required for cancellations.
