Job Summary:
A certified Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) is sought for a position in Centralia, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on patient triage, stabilization, and treatment. Candidates must be able to bring their valid license on the first day of employment. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in an emergency room setting, with the ability to handle at least 100 patients daily. The schedule consists of four 12-hour night shifts per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Centralia, Washington
• Shift: 4x12 Night shifts
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) valid licenses must be brought on the first day.
• Schedule: Four-night shifts per week, 48 hours minimum.
• Additional Information:
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • No on-call requirements.
  • Not accepting local candidates; only travelers from outside a 50-mile radius.
  • Minimum two years of ER nursing experience, with demonstrated experience managing high patient volumes (at least 100 patients per day) and a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
  • Experience with emergency procedures, airway management, blood product administration, and ventilated patient care desired.
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system preferred.
  • References: Two references covering the past year (six months for CNAs) are required during the compliance process.
  • Modules: Estimated 16 hours of non-billable training modules, completed pre-start and annually.
