Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) position located in Fargo, North Dakota. This role involves working in a busy surgical environment with 25 operating room suites, providing care for general surgical, gynecological, urological, neuro, and orthopedic procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Fargo, North Dakota
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, potentially extended to 10 hours, with rotating call. The shift may include evenings, with no designated day off. Call is required 1 to 2 days per week and every 3 to 4 weekends.
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; RN license (ND or Compact license); 2 years recent OR RN experience; experience with General surgical cases, Gynecology, Urology, laparoscopic procedures, neuro/ortho procedures, navigation experience, and working within the EPIC charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotics such as Da Vinci is preferred.
• Float: There may be occasional floating to other units or departments, including rare assignments to the Broadway or South University campus.
• Additional Information: The unit has 25 operating room suites with an average of 75 to 100 cases per day. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 1. All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility and wear scrub attire in Ceil Blue.
  Note: Candidates must have at least a minimum of 0 years of experience for this role.
