Job Summary:
This emergency room (ER) position is located in Kingwood, Texas. The role involves working in a busy emergency department with a 28-bed unit staffed by 15 team members including registered nurses and technicians. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position primarily focuses on providing acute emergency care, including procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, resuscitations, and EKGs.

• Required Qualifications: Active Texas nursing license or license eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). No minimum years of experience specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute emergency room experience. Candidates without these skills will not be considered.
• Schedule: Work 4 weekend shifts per month; no on-call required.
• Additional Information: Position involves working in a fast-paced ER environment, performing typical emergency procedures, and adhering to unit policies and guidelines.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, depending on department needs.
