Job Summary:
A Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Washington, Missouri. The role involves providing specialized intensive care services on the night shift at a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Washington, MO
- Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit; ACLS; BLS; 2+ years of experience in critical care settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post-stroke care, titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos, and recognizing patient deterioration.
- Float: Med Surg, and Tele Unit experience may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with EPIC electronic health record system, independent critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage ventilated patients with compressors. No specific call requirements are indicated.
