Description

Job Summary:
This Operating Room (OR) nursing position is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role involves working rotating shifts of 10 hours, with responsibilities including on-call duties every 5-6 evenings until 7am the following day, and every 6th or 7th weekend. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires candidates to have at least one year of experience in the specialty.

Job Details:

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Shift: Rotating 4x10s, with on-call responsibilities every 5-6 evenings through 7am, and every 6th or 7th weekend. Must work every other major holiday.
Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, showing all licenses (past or present); at least 1+ year of experience in the operating room specialty; current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Flu vaccine during flu season; documentation of travel experience (first-time travelers not considered); a recent Nursys verification report within the last week; valid drivers licenses with address matching demographics.
Preferred Qualifications: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with EPIC.
Schedule: 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Must be flexible and fluid with scheduling. Must work every other major holiday.
