Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit located in Golden, Colorado. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. The position requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as providing health education and counseling to patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 07/06/2026, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license (single state or compact); BLS (AHA); ACLS (AHA); NIHSS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing; TNCC certification.
• Responsibilities include therapy and treatment planning, nursing care, health assessment, health teaching, health counseling, documentation, resource utilization, medical functions execution, patient referral, monitoring therapy and treatment plans, floating to other departments if necessary, and being on-call during scheduled shifts.
• Additional Information: This position is designated for Med/Ortho specialty, not Step-Down. The candidate may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business needs.
