Job Summary:
This psychiatric inpatient nursing position is located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role involves working in an adult psychiatric unit with a focus on patient-centered care within a team environment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position features a day/night rotation schedule.

Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in inpatient adult psychiatric settings, including working with involuntary (IEA) and higher acuity patients. Restraint Chair experience and EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience are preferred. Certifications include AVADE, MOAB, and CPI training, which are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with higher acuity patients, restraint chair, and EPIC EMR system.
Schedule: Day/Night rotation; schedules typically planned about 4-6 weeks out.
Additional Information: Patient ratios are approximately 1:6-7.
