Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is sought for a facility in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. The role involves rotating 12-hour shifts, either 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a schedule of 36 hours per week and the opportunity to take on overtime. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wellsboro, Pennsylvania
• Shift Hours: 12 hours (7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), rotating shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; two or more years of visible experience listed in resume in Labor and Delivery or related specialized field; Act 73 results highly recommended with a suggestion to begin fingerprinting upon acceptance of offer to prevent delays
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for female maternity and med-surgical overflow patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Schedule: Rotating shift time with every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis
• Additional Information: Staff taking call must remain within 15 minutes of the hospital. The unit occasionally admits female medical-surgical overflow patients requiring similar care.
