Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) with orthopedic trauma experience for a position in the operating room located in Kearney, Nebraska. The role involves supporting surgical procedures, including cranial and total joint surgeries, and being capable of independently performing cranial procedures. Job Details:

• Location: Kearney, Nebraska
• Specialty: Surgical Technician/Operating Room Tech (ORT)
• Shift Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts beginning at 0700 Monday through Friday, with the same schedule each week. Shift hours include two weeknights per week, ending at 0700 the following morning, and three weekend days per month with 24-hour shifts. Call shifts are approximately eight per month.
• Certifications: BLS Certification required; CST certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS; minimum of 2 years of experience; license to submit required.
• Experience: Orthopedic trauma experience is essential.
• Additional Information: Scrubs are provided. Artificial nails are prohibited for patient safety.
