Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position in Seaside, Oregon. This role involves providing skilled home healthcare services, including routine visits, assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. The position offers day shifts with an expected minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, Valid RN license, BLS certification, COVID vaccination booster, reliable transportation, EMR proficiency in EPIC (Home Health client), Rover (phone app), and Oasis.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
Certifications Required: BLS
Additional Information: Candidate must have at least one year of home health experience, with proficiency in adult home health assessments, wound care, medication management, and infection control precautions. Experience with electronic medical records systems such as EPIC, Rover, and Oasis is required.
Travel Details: Occasional maximum radius of approximately 60 miles (~60-90 minutes drive time) daily, with minimal drive and windshield time due to client grouping. Candidates must have their own transportation.
Additional Submission Requirements: Three available interview times, confirmation of travelers phone number, two references covering at least one year (six months for CNAs) within the last three years, vaccination records including booster, and confirmation of previous Oasis experience if applicable.
Special Notes: Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the same state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or loss of guaranteed hours.
