Job Summary:
The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in San Diego, California. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their California RN license on the first day. The position includes working 12-hour day shifts with a schedule of four days per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: San Diego, California
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California RN license; BLS (AHA) certification; at least three years of recent RN experience working in an RN role; at least two years of recent RN experience in an operating room or specialized area such as orthopedic, neurological, or robotic surgery; experience managing OR cases including circulating cases and running the board; charge nurse experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level experience, teaching hospital experience, EMR experience with Epic, Cerner systems.
• Additional Information: The role involves on-call duties consisting of 16 hours on weekends and 24 hours during weekdays every four weeks, with a 30-minute response time. Candidate must have recent experience in orthopedic, neurological, and robotic nursing, and must have charge management experience.
