Job Summary:
A Labor and Delivery Nurse is sought in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. This position involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care within the labor and delivery unit. The nurse will utilize the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and patient education. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; Degree: Nursing degree; Licensure: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; Experience: 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience including Post-Partum experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
