Job Summary:
A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position is available in Detroit, Michigan. The role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients within the NICU setting, overseeing patient assessments, care planning, and implementation on a shift basis. The NICU RN is responsible for supervising staff delegated to care for patients, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

The role includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain high standards of care, clinical competency, and resource management.
