Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse position in the step down unit at a healthcare facility located in Golden, Colorado. This role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients requiring intermediate levels of attention, with a focus on monitoring, assessment, and treatment planning. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Golden, Colorado
• Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three shifts per week, with weekend shifts required.
• Required Qualifications: RN License in a Single State or Compact RN License, BLS (AHA) Certification, ACLS (AHA) Certification, ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree from an accredited nursing school. Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree of Nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role may require floating to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications. Candidates should be prepared to discuss on-call availability during the interview.
• Responsibilities include: Performing nursing care, health assessments, health teaching, counseling, therapy, and treatment planning. Ability to execute medical functions, document appropriately, and utilize resources effectively is essential.
