Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry located in Billings, Montana. This observation unit functions more like an inpatient unit than an emergency department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The role involves providing nursing care, assessing patient health, and executing delegated medical functions in accordance with state regulations and facility standards.

Job Details:

Location: Billings, Montana
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing, current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 0 years of experience, ability to perform essential nursing functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing, previous experience as a Registered Nurse, additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as appropriate for unit or service.
Additional Information: The role involves functioning within an observation unit that operates akin to an inpatient setting. May require float to other departments and being on-call during scheduled shifts. Candidates should be prepared to perform comprehensive nursing assessments, health education, and supportive therapy as part of patient care.
