Job Summary:
A Nurse Manager position is available in Billings, Montana. This leadership role involves managing and supervising nursing departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering team development. Candidates are required to bring their valid nursing license on the first day. The position offers a rotating shift schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some flexibility.

Job Details:

• Location: Billings, Montana

• Experience: Zero (0) years of minimum experience required.
• Education: Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Certifications & Licensure: Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0700-1700 with some flexibility. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Clinical Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills, clinical knowledge, resource management, patient safety, communication, problem-solving, financial acumen, mentorship, and community outreach.
• Additional Requirements: No certifications other than BLS are required. Experience in oversight, ICU clinical experience is preferred.
