Job Summary:
This position is for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry in a Short Term Acute Care facility located in Newberg, Oregon. The role involves working night shifts, with candidates required to bring their license on the first day. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and must be trained in Epic EMR system. The RN will provide patient care in a Level IV Trauma Center and may be required to float within the hospital or to affiliated facilities. Flexibility to work scheduled rotations and holidays is essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing; certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience charting on Epic EMR system; ability to work in a Level IV Trauma Center; must have a vehicle for travel between facilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working within a healthcare facility similar to a Level IV Trauma Center; familiarity with the specific skills and procedures outlined in the position description.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as per unit needs.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to work scheduled holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day; must request all time off and scheduling preferences upfront during the submittal process. Travelers are required to have a vehicle, and communication devices will be supplied if required. Refusal to float may impact employment terms.
