Job Summary:
An Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory Nurse will work in an invasive cardiology unit specializing in electrophysiology procedures and cardiac catheterizations. This role involves providing advanced cardiac care in a fast-paced environment, supporting complex procedures such as cardiac ablations and pacemaker insertions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day to practice.

Job Details:

• Location: York, Pennsylvania
• Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory & Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Schedule: Day shift 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM; minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); 2 years of experience in a clinical EP lab; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; ability to care for COVID-19 patients; active Pennsylvania license required for pharmacists and pharmacy techs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in EP Lab procedures, including Electrophysiology (EP) procedures, cardiac ablations, pacemaker insertions, and use of vascular closure systems.
• Additional Information: This facility is tobacco and fragrance free. Candidate must comply with vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 and Flu vaccines. No holidays are scheduled for this role. The healthcare provider may care for COVID patients and requires notification prior to submission for tobacco and fragrance sensitivities.
