Job Summary:

An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN position is available in a facility located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients in a 20-bed unit. The position requires working night shifts with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend and every other holiday. The assignment is scheduled to start on September 7, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of ICU experience and applicable certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including ACLS; minimum of 2 years ICU experience; Cerner electronic medical record experience preferred; open heart surgery and Impella experience preferred; location in Pennsylvania; ability to start on 09/07/2026; willingness to float to other units required
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience; open heart surgery experience; Impella experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Position has been open since initial posting; maximum RTO is 3 days
  • No guarantees for 48-hour shifts or blocked scheduling
  • Patient ratio is 2:1 with a surge plan of 3:1
  • Scrub color is navy; EMR system used is Cerner
  • Parking is available at the facility
