Description

Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse in Oakland, California. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in a dedicated ICU setting. The position requires a highly skilled healthcare professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Details:

Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 5 years of cardiac experience, 5 years of straight Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience (not floating), graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS), and ACLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Additional Information: Candidate must have a valid RN license and all required certifications in good standing. Clinical experience must include pediatric cardiac care and intensive care nursing.
