Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in Oakland, California. This role involves providing specialized neonatal patient care within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care environment. Candidates are required to bring their Registered Nurse license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Oakland, California
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per day, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- One (1) year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in neonatal intensive care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANNPR) certification
- ACLS certification
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within the last ten (10) years) preferred
