Description

Job Summary:
A registered nurse position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) located in Oakland, California. The role involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

Location: Oakland, California
Shift Hours: 12 hours per day
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Start Date: 08/10/2026
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last ten (10) years; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years.
Additional Information: This position does not require a winter plan.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Qualification Assessment: Must have all listed licenses and certifications.
