Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse position is available in the labor and delivery department in San Jose, California. The role involves providing specialized maternity care within a busy obstetric unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Location: San Jose, California
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- License, Certification, Registration: Registered Nurse license (in the state where care is provided), BLS, ANRP, ACLS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Experience: 0 years minimum, but recent (within the last 3 years) full-time experience as a registered nurse, plus prior experience of five (5) or more years in labor and delivery within the last two (2) years, including at least one (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field (if not listed as required)
- Experience in high-risk labor and delivery within the last two (2) years
