Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse Susanville, CA. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department, utilizing specialized knowledge and clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in California; BLS certification; at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant certifications and continued education preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The RN will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. The role includes assessing patient needs, developing and revising care plans, providing direct nursing care, delegating tasks, and documenting all patient interactions accurately and timely. The RN will also participate in quality improvement activities, team education, and mentorship.
