Job Summary:
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Mount Angel, Oregon. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers an 8-hour day shift with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Shift: 8-hour days.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, Oasis experience required, current BCLS certification, EPIC charting system experience, Oregon state nursing license, reliable transportation, and COVID vaccination with booster.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult home health including admission assessments, wound care, medication management, infusion therapy, phlebotomy, infection control, and the use of pain scales.
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be willing to work in a home health environment with a focus on safety, compliance, and patient-centered care. The traveler should have experience with Oasis documentation and meet point expectations related to productivity standards.
• System Experience: EPIC outpatient charting preferred.
• Travel Requirements: Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles; reliable transportation required.
• Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccination with booster required.
• Submission Requirements: Three available interview times, confirmation of phone number, two references covering one year within the last three years, and details of Oasis experience.
