Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Operating Room (OR) at the healthcare organizations facility in Issaquah, Washington. This position involves providing surgical nursing care across various specialties, including general surgery, urology, gynecology, spine, and robotics. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of orientation and must have a minimum of two years of OR experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: On-call shifts are 12 hours. Weekdays are 7 PM to 7 AM and weekends/holidays are either 7 PM to 7 AM or 7 AM to 7 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active ACLS and BLS certifications, two years of operating room experience, previous charge nurse experience, and valid licensure to practice as a registered nurse.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital EMR systems, scrub experience in orthopedic, ENT, robotic, trauma, and vascular surgeries, and familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures such as abdominal hysterectomy, colorectal robotic surgery, and total joint replacements.
• Additional Information: This role may require floating to other campuses within the same service line. The position involves working in a high-volume facility with a daily census of approximately 20 cases and a mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures. Candidates should possess robust surgical skills across multiple specialties and be adept at handling complex surgical procedures and equipment.
