Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is located in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment. Job Details:

• Location: Mesa, Arizona
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice
  • BLS certification is required
  • Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, including at least one year in the specialty area
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
• Additional Information:
  • Must maintain clinical performance competencies as demonstrated through annual validations
  • Employees at certain facilities must possess and maintain specific state fingerprint clearance cards (Arizona or Colorado) depending on their work location
  • Experience in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, documenting in patient records, and providing evidence-based care is critical
