Job Summary:
A Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse opportunity in New Mexico. This position involves circulating cases, monitoring patients, and preparing and administering medications during cardiac procedures. The role requires floating on an as-needed basis and provides a dynamic environment for experienced cardiovascular nursing professionals.

Job Details:

• Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse
• Schedule: Days shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with call required, floating required, holidays required
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks, with potential to extend
• Location: 2430 W PIERCE ST, CARLSBAD, NM 88220
• Required Qualifications: Certification (ACLS & BLS), minimum of 2 years experience circulating and monitoring in cardiac procedures such as LHC, RHC, TEE, cardioversions, peripherals, and other cardiac interventions
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with moderate sedation, medication preparation and administration, EMR systems including Xper, MedHost, and PACS
• Experience: At least 2 years in cardiac catheterization procedures
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • Role responsibilities include circulating cases, monitoring patients, and maintaining lab readiness.
  • Scrub color is flexible.
  • No holidays will be considered for time off.
  • Floating: Yes, float rotation may be required as sitters.
  • Patient ratio is 1:1.
