Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry is needed for a med-surg telemetry unit located in Glendale, California. The role involves working a 3 x 12-day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with an assignment start date of July 21, 2026. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

  • EMR System: CERNER
  • Required Qualifications: RN license; minimum of 1 year travel experience; 2+ years of Med/Surg, Telemetry, Orthopedics, Urology, and General Medicine experience. Experience with Telemetry and Cardiac Monitoring is essential. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and MAB.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Urology Bladder irrigation experience; Orthopedic experience; Plastics experience, especially with flap procedures; experience managing patients with a score of 60 in Urology bladder irrigation; DOU Level of Care experience.
  • Additional Information:
    • Travel pairs not suitable travelers must work different schedules/days.
    • Priority given to returning travelers with successful prior assignments at the facility.
    • Candidate must be able to start ASAP and commit to the schedule with reasonable PTO.
    • Facility policy prohibits hiring former employees of associated organizations.
    • Must be available to work the following holidays: Christmas Eve or New Years Eve, Christmas Day or New Years Day.
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, MAB
  • Vaccinations: Fully vaccinated with current season influenza vaccine (required Nov 1 May 30). COVID-19 vaccination is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
