Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nursing position is based in Neptune, New Jersey. The registered nurse in this role is responsible for evaluating neonatal patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and performing therapeutic nursing interventions to ensure optimal neonatal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Neptune, New Jersey
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, three days per week, with every other weekend required
• Required Qualifications: ASN or BSN; BLS (American Heart Association); NRP (AHA Only); NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; 0+ years of experience in neonatal or pediatric care
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves providing patient-centric neonatal care in a pediatric intensive care setting, including performing assessments, care management, clinical documentation, and applying evidence-based practices in neonatal nursing.
