Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Unit Sterile Processing Technician in Garden City, Kansas. This role involves supporting the sterile processing department within an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Position: Unit Sterile Processing Technician
• Specialty: Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician
• Location: Garden City, Kansas
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; weekend call required
• Required Qualifications: CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician, via HSPA), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or related field, valid license to submit not required, Emr system experience with EPIC
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with decontamination, assembly, sterilization, scope reprocessing, knowledge of common equipment and supplies, acquiring da Vinci robot experience (by end of January 2026)
• Additional Information: No self-scheduling; week of orientation in state is mandatory even if modules are remote; shift involves weekend call with a 30-minute call response time; hospital scrubs provided; unit-specific orientation included.
• Experience: 0 years minimum required.
