Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart (OH) registered nurse (RN) position is available in Southaven, Mississippi. Candidates are required to bring their active RN license on the first day. The role involves working primarily Monday through Friday with shift times from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. This position requires working occasional weeknight and weekend call shifts, with the potential for rotational early start times for early cases. The nurse will join a team supporting cardiovascular procedures, with preference given to candidates with at least one year of cardiac operating room experience and EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency.

Job Details:

• Minimum hours per week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS certifications, 1+ years of cardiac OR experience, EPIC EMR experience preferred, willing to work in general OR if needed, and ability to work weeknight and weekend call shifts.
• Additional Information: The position involves rotation for early mornings with the surgeon starting at 6:30 AM on Mondays. No float rotation is required.
