Job Summary:
Mauston, Wisconsin Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing Home Registered Nurse. This position involves assisting with daily nursing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

• Schedule: Shift Hours are 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM; Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: The nursing activities include timely communication of resident condition changes, completing assessments, medication administration following the 5 Rights, wound care, assisting certified nursing assistants with call lights, monitoring residents, acting as a floor leader, reporting abuse or neglect, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as requested.
