Job Summary:
Psychiatric Unit Registered Nurse (RN) located in West Burlington, Iowa. This position involves delivering care to a diverse patient population, including geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, psychiatric, substance abuse, and detoxification. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of work. The role requires providing high-quality care, monitoring patient reactions, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Location: West Burlington, Iowa
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, starting at 0700 hours in West Burlington and 0600 hours in Fort Madison, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and 72 hours per pay period
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; previous Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the last 12 months; shift time from 0700 to 1930 in West Burlington and 0600 to 1830 in Fort Madison; weekend and holiday rotation required
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous mental health experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to work at both West Burlington and Fort Madison campuses based on staffing needs. While the traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation, they may be called in during periods of low census and are expected to respond and arrive within one hour
