Job Summary:
This Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) traveler position is located in Rancho Cordova, California. The role involves providing home health services, including start of cares (SOC), resumption of cares (ROC), recertifications, and daily visits. Candidates must possess an active RN license in California and bring their license on the first day of assignment. This position requires a minimum of one year of recent experience in Home Health care.

Job Details:

• Location: Rancho Cordova, California

• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one weekend commitment every four weeks, maintaining the same hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in California; BLS Certification; at least one year of recent experience in Home Health within the last two years; EMR experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) strongly preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: EMR experience specifically with HCHB.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must submit two supervisory references from the modality submitting, with one reference within 12 months and another within three years of work acknowledgment. A copy of the drivers license is required at submission to validate legal name. Clinicians assist with start of cares, recertifications, and daily visits, aiming for approximately one SOC and three recerts daily, with efforts to minimize travel distance between visits. Discretionary points may be awarded for travel distances exceeding 60 miles in a day.
• Cancellation Policy: The hospital may cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment or three shifts for durations shorter than 13 weeks.
