Job Summary:
PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Nurse position available in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the PACU or Pre-Operative setting, supporting high-quality and safe nursing practices. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), relevant nursing degree, licensed to practice in Massachusetts, with zero years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-anesthesia or pre-operative care preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Minimum Weeks Duration: 10
  • Maximum Weeks Duration: 12
  • This is NOT a trauma hospital (must be 250 miles away from the facility to be a traveler).
  • Nurses can park in visitor parking and will need to enter on the North side, then cross over to the south side and take the elevator to the first floor.
  • OR call rotation includes one first call shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., one second call shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and one weekend day every other month.
  • Dedicated scrubs for travelers who wear the same color as staff.
