Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse specializing in home health care services in Seattle, Washington. This position involves providing patient care in a home setting with a focus on geriatric patients. The nurse will be responsible for managing patient assessments, wound care, medication management, and documentation to ensure high-quality clinical support.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC), proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase), recent experience within the last year, active drivers license and personal transportation, Monday orientation, timely documentation and communication are mandatory, Eligible to work in the United States, no first-time travelers, RNs preferred with adult home health, admission assessment, discharge/discharge due to safety or non-compliance, recertification, resumption of care, routine visits, start of care, wound care, medication assessment/management, pain assessment and management, utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal), starting and maintaining IVs, phlebotomy skills, infection control precautions, medication administration (intramuscular, intravenous infusions, subcutaneous).

• Additional Information:
  • Up to a 60-mile territory from the designated hub/office
  • All charting must be completed by 9 a.m. the following morning
  • No cell phone use; iPads provided
  • Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
  • Traveler expected to be flexible with territory
  • Travel pairs accepted, but each traveler must have own transportation
  • Modules are billable and completed during orientation
  • Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months before reapplying as travelers
  • RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at application
  • On-call rotation may be required, to be discussed during interview
  • Mandatory hospice/home health checklist
