Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a position in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The Telemetry RN will also supervise staff delegated with care responsibilities and support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Job Details:
- Location: Detroit, Michigan
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), active state licensure, 1 year of clinical nursing experience in telemetry or similar specialty, and ability to work the specified schedule
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal heart monitoring (EFM), BLS and ACLS certifications, and prior telemetry nursing experience
- Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical assessment, patient care planning, implementing interventions, and supervising staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires adherence to facility SOPs and clinical standards.
