• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develop individualized care plans, and initiate discharge planning from the day of admission. The role involves patient education, documentation, and participation in unit team activities. The nurse will assume charge nurse responsibilities following orientation and will provide supervision and direction to ancillary staff. The position emphasizes safety, communication, and professional growth.
